The Ruihui heavy-duty material frame retaining arm is composed of two upper and lower block gear sets, a retaining wheel device, a moving device, a frame body and a telescopic cylinder. The upper and lower block materials correspond to the upper and lower edges of the plate material roll. The wheel device can be moved by the moving device to be independent or away from the end side of the plate material, and the bar of each wheel device can be moved by the respective telescopic cylinder to lift and yaw independently.
Therefore, when the sheet material is rolled up, the stopper rods of all the wheel-stop devices can be raised upward to prevent the sheet material roll from striking the stopper rod to reduce unnecessary damage, and when the sheet material is wound on the heavy-duty material rack, the retractable reel After that, the bar of each wheel stop device is lowered and adjusted by the respective moving device, so that the roll of the plate material can be restricted to the feeding position, and when the bar of the wheel stop device is close to the roll of material of the plate, it can be utilized. The elastomer of the buffer unit produces a buffering effect, which is simple and convenient and effectively extends the service life.
